Full dress. You can't see it, but there is an underskirt that matches the undersleeves and pouch. There is an odd bit of historic literature talking about Queen Elizabeth I holding her over skirt open to show off the under skirt. So I guess it was a common problem.
Found these going through some old files the other day. Some of my faces are really horrible... But the dress is what is important here. So please, cut off my head (all the cool Tudors were doing it ^_-) and put someone else's on.
(Making your model face the sun is never a good answer to outdoor photography...)
The dress is based on Simplicity 8881 (a great Elizabethan pattern with farthingale and bum roll and everything). Modified using various early to mid Tudor paintings for reference. There are some inaccuracies, I'll try to make notes when I see them.

This is stock. Use it. You are a grown up artist, you know appropriate use from copying.
Commercial use ok. If you make thousands with it, a premium upgrade would be cool. (Or something, you see where I'm going.)
Show me the finished piece. I like to see them. Credit / link back is nice, of course.
Not sure about something? Ask! I'll probably say yes.
I love the Tudors!!!
